Are You Located In The Gold Coast 500 Precinct?

Yes we are & some of our 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom & 3 Bedroom Penthouse apartments have a perfect view of  Breaker Street/Serisier Avenue Corner.

 

What Deposit Is Required For The GC 500?

During the GC500 a 50% deposit of total tariff is required at the time of reservation with balance of payment owing to be paid in full due no later than mid July of each year.

 

Do we receive a weekly housekeeping service during stay?

For stays of 8 nights or longer we provide a mid stay service.   Please ask if you wish to receive additional housekeeping at an additional charge (subject to availability).

 

What is the Check Out Time?

Check out is at 10.00 a.m.

 

Does The Crest Apartments Accept Schoolies Bookings?

The Crest Apartments, Main Beach, reserves the right to refuse bookings for schoolies.   We enforce our ZERO party policy.   Unfortunately we do not have the structure in place to support schoolies due to being a quiet resort specialising in families and romantic getaways on the Gold Coast.   If you are looking for Schoolies Accommodation we then suggest you visit the schoolies website http://www.schoolies.com/gold-coast/accommodation with the view of finding suitable accommodation.

 

How Close To Surfers Paradise Are You?

We are less than 5 minutes by car from the world famous glitter strip of Surfers Paradise. Or you can take the scenic walk along the beach front which will take approximately 30 minutes or catch the G: Link light rail.

 

Are the Crest Apartments Close to The Gold Coast Light Rail?

Yes, we are located a short walk from the Main Beach G:Link Tram Stop -  this makes it easy to transit South to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, the Star Casino or North to Helensvale hardrail Train Station for connection to the Brisbane Airport.

 

Do you require a Security Bond upon Check-In?

The Crest Apartments requires a valid photo ID, along with a credit card authorisation (pre-auth) of AUD$200 at time of check-in (credit card must match the name on the photo ID).

This may be used to cover any additional costs incurred during guests stay including, but not limited to, any loss of security keys & fobs, breakages, damage or additional cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning, extra guests and or extra bedding used beyond that declared on original booking. 

The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance and spending limit.   For more information on this practice we suggest the cardholder contact their card issuer.   A pre-authorisation may be held by your bank for up to 5 – 7 working days after your check-out date.

Where a credit card is not available, a minimum AUD$200 cash deposit will be required with a receipt issued.  Upon departure your room will be inspected by a staff member before authorisation of return of monies.

 

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Low Season:

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, NO REFUND of deposit will be given.

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival - REFUND of monies paid less $55 cancellation fee will be refunded.


All School, Public Holidays and Special Events:

NO REFUND of deposit will be given.  We will, however, hold your deposit paid for another booking to be used within 12 months.

Please Note: No refunds apply for early departure.

The Administration Fee covers the cost of processing the booking, cancelling the booking and bank fees.

 

What is Your Payment Policy?

Low Season - A Deposit of one night's tariff is required at booking and balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Mid Season - (all school holidays) - A Deposit of one night's tariff is required at booking and balance due 21 days prior to arrival.

Peak Season (Xmas/New Year - please ring to confirm dates) -  $500 deposit is paid at the time of reservation to secure your booking.  Payment of balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

GC500 & Special Events - Please contact our reception team for these terms and conditions.

 

Can I Make Amendments to my Direct Booking?

Absolutely.   Please contact our friendly reception team to assist.

Note:  Please remember that this will be subject to availability and subject to season as Minimum Lengths of Stay (MLOS) do apply to different seasons.   Bookings cannot be reduced to 1 night stays.
